Dr. Lori Atkins

Dr. Atkins believes that everyone deserves personalized attention and care when it comes to their health. In addition to performing surgery and delivering babies, Dr. Atkins engages directly with the people she serves, creating a unique plan for each that incorporates lifestyle changes, holistic choices, and modern medicine to provide her patients with the tools to live long, healthy lives. As a mother of two, Dr. Atkins practices what she preaches.

Beyond women’s healthcare, Dr. Atkins is passionate about mental health. In fact, she founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit yoga studio, Bumble Bee Yoga, that offers accessible tools for those at risk for suicide.

A graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Dr. Atkins has been recognized by Fort Worth, Texas Magazine as one of the Fort Worth TOP DOCS and is a DFWChild Mom-Approved Doctor. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Tarrant County Medical Society, and the Fort Worth OB/GYN Society.
Dr. Catherine Bevan

Dr. Catherine Bevan is a Fort Worth native dedicated to providing exceptional women’s healthcare. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, before returning to Texas for her medical degree at UT Southwestern. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive women’s care.

Following residency, Dr. Bevan served as an Assistant Professor at UT Southwestern, specializing in gynecologic surgery and emergency women’s care. She has since earned additional certification in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, further enhancing her expertise in advanced surgical techniques. She also works as an Assistant Professor at Burnett School of Medicine at TCU.

In addition to her work in Fort Worth, Dr. Bevan also sees patients in Willow Park/Aledo, providing care closer to home for many in Parker County. As a mom of two, she understands firsthand the balance of health, family, and career, and she brings that perspective into her compassionate, patient-centered approach to medicine.
Dr. Sunny Glenn

Dr. Glenn offers a candid approach to women’s care within a comfortable, understanding environment. She takes the time to engage with each patient’s needs and concerns, provides personalized insights and empowers her patients to make informed decisions regarding their health. She also enjoys caring for women through interacting with patients in the clinic, performing surgeries and delivering babies.

A native of Graham, Texas, Dr. Glenn lives in Fort Worth with her son. She graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology, then received her medical degree with high honors from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Dr. Glenn completed her OB/GYN residency at the Texas A&M University Health Science Center, Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. Dr. Alicia Larsen

Dr. Larsen believes honest, patients first service should be the standard of any women’s health practice. Dr. Larsen emphasizes the importance of every interaction with her patients. She meets with each patient, addresses her specific issues and combines compassion with education and experience to employ lifelong, maintainable plans.

Dr. Larsen is an Honors graduate of Baylor University. She completed medical school at The University of Texas Health Science Center Houston and completed OB/GYN residency at the Texas A&M University Health Science Center, Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. Dr. Andrea Palmer

Dr. Palmer, originally an Oklahoma native, grew up in a family full of surgeons, which influenced her decision to become a physician early in life. Following in the footsteps of strong female role models instilled a passion in her for caring for women. Now she sees women of all ages for gynecologic needs and specializes in perimenopause and menopause treatments. Dr. Palmer also has a special interest in robotic surgery and has attended several advanced training programs with the Da Vinci surgical system.

Dr. Palmer graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma and attended Medical school and residency at OU Health Sciences Center, where she served as Chief Resident. She practiced in Oklahoma City for 7 years before moving to Texas. Dr. Palmer has been chosen by 360 West as a TOP DOC.

Dr. Palmer is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Lauren Tabor
MD, FACOG
“I aim to treat all my patients like I would want my family members treated – with respect and compassionate care. I understand health and wellness are more than just science and medicine. By listening and developing strong patient relationships, I hope to help my patients better understand their disease processes and take a more active part in their wellness.”
Dr. Tabor graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in Neuroscience; and attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio for medical school. She completed her residency training at Parkland Memorial Hospital where she served as Chief Resident in her 4th year.

After graduating residency, Dr. Tabor spent an additional year of training with North Texas Gynecologic Oncology pursuing a fellowship in pelvic and robotic assisted surgery. She completed over 500 gynecological surgical cases over the course of a year, most of which with the advanced Da Vinci surgical system.

Dr. Tabor is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Sarah Little
MSN, APRN, FNP-C
“I strive to deliver inclusive, evidence-based, yet personal care with a deep understanding of the many facets and life experiences that make a whole, individual person.”
Sarah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background as a bedside cardiac nurse. Her passion for women’s health ignited after giving birth to her son in 2017. It was then that she gained insight into just how vital it can be to have a provider that listens. Sarah is an intersectional feminist, who values including everyone in the conversation, guiding female identifying people in their healthcare choices, and improving access to these choices. She grew up in a military family, moving all across the world, and graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor of science in nursing in 2011. She worked as a telemetry nurse for 2 years after. She then found a love of intensive care nursing in the cardiovascular ICU and cared for patients as a CVICU nurse for 8 years. Sarah graduated from her family nurse practitioner program at Texas Tech University with her master of science in nursing in 2021, and has been living in Fort Worth since 2015 with her husband and son.

Sarah has been practicing at FĒNOM since 2021, working mainly with Dr. Catherine Bevan. She delivers a wide range of care: performing wellness exams, caring for patients with various gynecological problems, participating in obstetrical and postpartum care, and offering pelvic floor therapy services.
Shandy Whitaker
FNP-C
“I am passionate about educating patients to minimize fear and empower them to care for themselves.”
Originally from California, Shandy started her healthcare journey by earning her RN in 1995. As a mother of three children, she carries an intimate understanding of parenthood’s joys and challenges. This personal experience beautifully complements her professional expertise, enabling her to extend empathetic and informed care to patients of all ages.

In 2011, she brought her wealth of experience to Texas, joining the Baylor healthcare system. There, Shandy worked extensively in Labor and Delivery, furthering her specialization in women’s care. Her dedication and commitment to patient care was recognized with not only the Baylor Service Excellence Award but also two Daisy Awards – a testament to her exemplary service and care. Shandy also has a passion for education, serving as an instructor for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and fetal monitoring.
Shelbie Zamarron
WHFNP
Shelbie is a skilled Women’s Health Family Nurse Practitioner (WHFNP), with a robust background in critical care, emergency medicine, and labor and delivery. Her previous roles, including a significant tenure at JPS, have equipped her to manage complex patient care scenarios with precision and empathy. Shelbie’s experience on a trauma team and in high-pressure environments has honed her ability to deliver compassionate, crisis-responsive care.

Outside of her clinical duties, Shelbie is an active community member in the area she serves, maintaining strong local ties. She participates in various community initiatives, reflecting her commitment to holistic well-being, and her dedication to women’s health is further enhanced by her continuous engagement with the latest medical advancements, ensuring personalized and evidence-based care for women at all life stages. Shelbie and her husband Cody are expecting a little girl in July 2025.
