Did you know most girls start their periods between the ages of 11 and 14? Most of us probably remember when and where we were when we got our first period. Many of us probably wish we’d been a little more prepared.
I am a mother to a tween girl and even though she has not started her period I want her to be prepared for when she does if it happens at school.
To ensure she has everything she needs I gathered pads, a clean pair of undies, a baggie to put dirty undies in, and some wipes. I put all of these items in a cute bag and she is good to go. This “period pack” help give her peace of mind and allows her to be period prepared.
